      During the time the salad is being cooked, we have time to prepare the jars and lids. Wash and sterilize in a convenient and familiar way. I sterilize jars in the microwave for 4 minutes. Boil the lids in a small saucepan over the fire.
    • We pour the finished salad into jars, roll up the lids, turn over and send it under a warm blanket for a day. Until it cools completely.

      Delicious, hearty winter salad. Did it several times already. And although our winter salads with tomatoes and butter are not very good. But this salad always goes away. It can be eaten cold or reheated, and even added to meat stew. This dish can also be suitable for those who are fasting.
      The very first time I made this red bean salad. But red beans are more starchy than white beans and one must take into account that they are more boiled. But even with red beans, this salad is delicious.
      The salad is not so quick to prepare. We'll have to tinker with the preliminary preparation of vegetables. But with our kitchen helpers, this process can be done much faster.
