The dish is designed for

I have 14 pieces

Time for preparing:

about two hours + cooling

Cooking program:

meat grinder, oven

Note

This cooking option is suitable for those who, for whatever reason, do not eat tomatoes and products containing them.
Advice - pass the cabbage together with the breast through the medium grill of the meat grinder. Quickly and the mass is more homogeneous.
I liked it, on the second day they became tastier, without a pronounced cabbage taste.

Like it, like it!
I never made lazy cabbage rolls before, because I preferred the classics, but in this recipe I was attracted by the presence of yachka, otherwise I usually add rice everywhere.
True, I made both lazy and classic ones, in cabbage leaves, and I also had minced meat.
Well, what can I say, it is tasty, tender, the yachka does not spoil the taste, does not solo, and in the lazy version, cabbage, one might say, is not felt at all, very nice meatballs turned out!
Now I will also stuff the peppers with yachts, instead of rice. Thanks for such a useful idea!

I am yesterday in the night again scoffed I experimented with your tubes, or rather with puff rolls, today I will finally finish them off and then I will write down in detail in that Temka about the result. :-)

Helen, I decided to check in here too. Thank you for reminding me of the barley grits. Since I still can't do everything, yesterday I made a lazy stew, completely lazy with barley grits. It turned out very tasty. All the vegetables that you can, cereals, a little boiling water, minced chicken. It turned out very tasty. Thanks for the idea.

I also liked the yachka
