Dulce de leche with glucose syrup (Dulce de leche)

Ingredients

milk 0.8 l.
cream of any fat content 0.2 l.
sugar 150 g
glucose syrup (invert syrup, molasses) 100 g
vanilla taste
soda 1/2 tsp
salt 1/3 tsp

Cooking method
