Ingredients

sour milk or kefir 300 ml.
sugar 250 gr.
eggs 2 pcs.
lemon acid 0.5 tsp
flour 370 g
butter, or vegetable, or melted fat 50 g
salt 0.5 tsp
soda 1 tsp
gummy candy how much do you put

Cooking method

  • Everything is done simply, very simply. Beat eggs with sugar, milk and citric acid. Without fanaticism, just so that the eggs disperse well and the sugar begins to dissolve. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and pour into the mold. I do these things in a multicooker.
  • Adjust the amount of flour (it is different for everyone) in such a way that the dough begins to wrap around the beaters, but not rise along them to the mixer itself. This density is optimal for the gummies to drown, but not sink to the very bottom, otherwise they will fry.
  • Well, the amount of flour will depend on whether you took thick kefir or liquid milk.
  • We lay out sweets on the surface and set to bake for 60-65 minutes, depending on your multicooker.
