Sour cream cookies

Ingredients

sour cream 200 gr.
egg 1 PC.
sugar 150 gr.
lemon acid 0.5 tsp
flour 410 gr.
salt 0.5 tsp
soda 1 tsp
flavor optional

Cooking method

  • I have homemade sour cream, I personally took part in the separation. It's not just a spoon, but you can cut it with a knife. Therefore, the amount of flour must be adjusted based on the thickness of the sour cream.
  • Grind sugar with eggs, then add all the other ingredients except soda and nuts.
  • We add soda at the very end.
  • The dough should be soft, pleasant, not sticky to your hands.
  • It can be completely kneaded in a bread maker using the program suitable for kneading dough. To be honest, this is what I have been doing lately.
  • When hooking in a bread maker, I am guided by a silicone spatula. As the dough ceases to stick to it, so everything is ready. You don't even need to check it with your hands. And I still check, out of habit
  • I leave the finished dough for half an hour, or even an hour just on the table, covered from airing. Or in a bread maker, which is even better. The less dishes you wash, the better.
  • Divide the dough into 24 balls, flatten them slightly. ABOUTput in sugar and lay out on a pan. The distance between the blanks is 3 cm. In the middle of each cookie we press a nut or whatever you wish. In this case, I have a peanut. And I know that peanuts are not a nut.

  • Bake at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Be guided by your oven. In this case, I overexposed. I just forgot about him.
  • I got 24 cookies, with a total weight of 710g.
