Ingredients

Water 2.5 Art.
Sugar 1 glass
Vinegar 70% 2 tsp
Salt 3 tbsp. l.
Black and allspice pepper, peas 15 pcs.

Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sesame 1 tbsp. l
VEGETABLE MIX 1.5KG
Cauliflower main volume
Cucumbers
Bell pepper

Cooking method

  • The salad is very simple. We boil water with sugar, salt, pepper. As soon as it boils, add vinegar and turn it off.
  • Add the cauliflower immediately, and after 10 minutes the cucumbers and peppers.
  • Cauliflower is divided into inflorescences, cucumbers and peppers are coarsely chopped.
  • We leave for a day at room temperature and then lay out in jars. fill with marinade and put in a cool place. The salad can stand in the fridge for a long time, but how long I don't know. Today we ate the one that I did a month ago.
  • You can simply serve it in the form in which it is in the jar, or you can pour it with oil, with sesame seeds fried in it. This will add flavor and aroma to the salad.
