Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate either in a water bath or in the microwave. Cool slightly, put in the yolk, mix.
  • Add cheese (I have Hochland), stir everything well.
  • Beat the protein with salt into a strong foam, gently add to the total mass, moving from bottom to top.
  • Line the baking dish with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil.
  • Lay out the mass. Flatten the top.
  • The diameter of the mold is 12-15 cm. If it is larger, the cheesecake will turn out to be flat.
  • Any material suitable for baking in the oven.
  • Put in a deep bowl, pour water until the middle of the mold.
  • Put the entire structure in an oven preheated to 150 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Then turn off the oven, remove the form from the water and leave it in the stove until it cools completely.
  • Immediately after baking, the middle is liquid, the edges are slightly dry.
  • Then put in the refrigerator for solidification. Better at night, then remove the paper.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
