Ingredients

Biscuit:
Eggs 5 pieces.
Sugar 300 g
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Flour 250 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 8 g
Cream:
Butter 82.5% 270 g
Powdered sugar 200 g
Sweet cherry (pitted) 350 g

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees, until a dry match. Remove, cool, remove the sugar crust on top and cut into three cakes.
    Sponge cake with cherriesCream: chop 200 g of cherries with a mixer. Beat softened butter at room temperature until whitening and increase in volume. Now add chopped cherries to the oil in parts and mix carefully (so as not to kill the oil) with a mixer. Add powdered sugar. We mix. If the butter is stratified, continue beating until smooth.
    Sponge cake with cherriesAssembling the cake: grease the cake (can be soaked in syrup or liquor) with cream. We put cherries on top (from 150 g), a little more cream. And then we repeat with the second cake. And cover with the third on top. Put the collected cake in the refrigerator to stabilize and impregnate.
