Dear forum users!
If suddenly there were such questions, sorry, I did not find it, I was looking.
I bought myself a Kitfort ice cream maker to play for the house. It seems that I found good reviews and reviews for home conditions. But I have a problem, either marriage, or I am armless. Already for a day I kept the ice cream maker in the freezer (STANDING), and the recipes are different (with eggs, without) well, it does not freeze during the kneading process ... not a drop ... Advise what to do?

What's your freezer temperature? The bowl may not freeze enough.
In a warm state, does the liquid inside the bowl (in the walls) gurgle? Is there no refrigerant in there?
Pour the mixture cold? If not, the temperature reserve may not be sufficient.
Is the room temperature above 25 degrees outside? It can also interfere.
In the ice cream maker itself, there is nothing but a motor. If it is a marriage, then in a bowl.

I didn't measure it, I also sin, I'll run to buy a thermometer today. The instructions are written from -16 to -24

Yes, I keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

And yesterday I killed the mixer, whipped 33% cream for the peaks, and he gave me butter separately, milk separately: o))))))

It should not gurgle, the refrigerant is not frozen, which means that the temperature in the freezer is not sufficient, at least - 18 should be. And keep the day.

It gurgles not after freezing, but when it stands for a while or thawed ... maybe I wrote it wrong

I'll try to see the temperature ... then either to the service, or I don't even know.
I have a full-fledged freezer with drawers, it freezes there so it freezes, but the bucket does not fit in there: oh ((

when it stands for a while
For 30-40 minutes while the ice cream is being made, it should not gurgle. If there is no ordinary water poured inside, then yes, it quickly defrosts.

Siropistaja, I'm not enough -16, I turn the regulator to the maximum and ice a bowl for a day, then everything is fine.
win-tat
I freeze my bowl in the freezer at -25 C for a day, when I turn it on, I additionally wrap the bowl with a terry towel so that it does not defrost quickly.

Thank you all for the advice! I am writing a little late, but the reason is simple to the point of banality. The freezer freezes well, but I have it at a minimum, and this was not enough to freeze the bowl. As the power increased, the bowl froze - ice cream turned out. Chocolate with peanuts - like my favorite snickers. Girls, you are a miracle!
