Loose and soft buckwheat in Kitfort KT-205 slow cooker

Ingredients

buckwheat 1 tbsp.
water 2 tbsp.
salt (I put 1/3 teaspoon) taste
Butter (I put 1 tsp. Odorless vegetable oil + 1 tsp. Oil drain) taste

Cooking method

  • 1 glass = 250 ml
  • I put buckwheat, salt and butter in a bowl, filled it with cold water, covered and cooked for 3 hours on Low. Did not interfere and did not touch.
  • Then I opened the lid, tasted it, added more oil and salt, mixed it and unplugged the appliance.
  • PS I do not recommend cooking a large dose, after mixing the buckwheat, an almost full bowl turned out.
