Whole grain bread with potatoes

Ingredients

Water 290 ml
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Sunflower oil 3 tablespoons
Salt 1.5 h spoon
Whole grain flour 500 g
Yeast 1 tsp
Baked potato puree 4 -3 spoons

Cooking method

  • I worked today. There was no time from the word at all. Therefore, I left the bread to bake in the bread maker. Usually I just knead in a bread maker, and bake in the oven, where there are more opportunities to regulate the temperature and, if necessary, humidity (steam)
  • The bread came out soft, fluffy, and healthy. My secret is that I like to add either a little mashed potatoes or crumpled baked potatoes to baked goods (inspired by Belarusian challah)

Yesterday I baked this bread, despite the 32 degrees of heat outside the window. Baked in the oven in a standard form L-7 on pressed yeast. Sugar put 1 spoon, the potato was boiled in a jacket. The bread turned out to be excellent: porous, tasty, with a delicious crust. Thank you!
