Cooking method

Of course, oil will be no worse, most do so. But I read the “spread” on the Swedish box and decided to use margarine. In general, I respect more butter in Pyshka baked goods. It is not necessary to flatten the balls, they themselves creep into even cakes. And although at first they "swell" slightly, but after cooling down they become flat, like Swedish ones.
