Natasha, thank you! bread really every time you get a feast for the eyes, I still did it on frozen yeast, worried about how it would rise.
The recipe is caraway seeds 2 tbsp. l, but I never put them, I always gave a mixture of spices to the bread, there those two spoons are the very thing. I would also be afraid to put cumin in such an amount))

And what kind of spices are they?
I bought ready-made ones, consisting of coriander, cumin, fennel, anise. On the forum I read what they do themselves in a 1: 1 ratio of cumin, coriander, fennel, thyme, and a little anise.

Hello. What model is your bread machine? And was live yeast dissolved in water or milk with a little flour? Were the ingredients in the sequence indicated in the article? I have a Panasonic 255. Thank you.

Alexander, good day. I have a Silvercrest - an inexpensive regular bread maker. I didn't dissolve the yeast, according to the instructions for my bread maker, first liquid products go, then dry, so I put everything as usual - water, butter, milk, then flour, spices, crumbled live yeast upstairs, and turned on the standard program. I always do this, everything works out, you don't need to dissolve the yeast, the bread maker does it well
Delicious bread!

Thank you. The bread was a success. Tasty. Small additions. As I wrote in my Panas 255 bread machine. I chose the Rye mode (kept it turned off in the oven for another 20 minutes). Salt and sugar (salt 1 tsp., Sugar 2/3 tbsp. L-dissolved in water so as not to spoil the surface, I always do this, all the other components were counted from the calculation of 500 g. Flour, 1 grade flour and rye). I added a little raisins (previously doused with boiling water), this is my fad, I add to any bread (a little, without fanaticism). Cumin and flax .. Yes, there was no milk, I took water and 1.5 tbsp. l. dry milk. The most delicious chilled bread. As we say, delicious.
