Dark kvass or strong black tea 150 g
Sugar (1 glass) 250 g
Jam (2 tablespoons) 35 g
Egg 1 PC
Flour (1.5 cups) 230 g
Soda 1 tsp (under the knife)
Ground cinnamon, vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • So .. Mix kvass (or tea) with jam, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and an egg until the sugar dissolves. A whisk is more convenient for me. Pour in flour and baking soda. Stir until smooth, enough batter. Pour into a prepared, greased and floured dish (26-27 cm).
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 165-170C for 30-40 minutes or in a pizza maker. I baked in GF - temperature 180 degrees 20 min + 5 min off. stove. Under the silicone mold (27 cm) there is a Teflon mesh.

Note

There are many options for various gingerbreads on the site, but one more will not be superfluous! Easy, fast and delicious!
