Note

This method of baking potatoes came across to me on the Internet. Potatoes, of course, are better to take young, but I think that everything will work out with anyone.
I don't know how to explain this, but for some reason the cooking time does not always depend on the microwave power. Apparently, the variety of potatoes matters. That is why I suggest controlling the process during the first preparation and checking the readiness with a toothpick.

Wow what a potato

Checkmark, thanks!
A very interesting recipe advice. And most importantly, it's very fast!
I will definitely cook it for dinner tomorrow.
gala10
Ritus, thanks for stopping by. I would be very glad if you like it.
caprice23
what a fun way. Must try. Fast and easy
gala10
Natasha, Thank you! Of course you have to try.
caprice23
Can you cook several potatoes at once? Increase the time for this?
gala10
Natasha, the recipe says:
"The dish is designed for 1-6 pieces. How many will fit on a microwave plate in 1 layer."
There is no need to increase the time. But, just in case, in 3 minutes I would pierce one potato with a toothpick for readiness. Any recipe must be adapted to your technique.
caprice23
Galina, thank you and really it is written Here is how I carefully read the recipe
Fotina
Galina, I'll cook potatoes for dinner today, be sure!

The second day I try to see the dish - is it Czech Bernadotte? Or Japanese? They have almost the same pattern on the sets. In my childhood we had several plates from both. Nothing has survived. You can still buy a new Czech Czech, but you can only buy such a Japanese one on Avito. (I dream to splurge on one of them, my favorite drawing
gala10
Svetlana, cook for health!
The plate is not Czech or Japanese, but from a grandmother's dowry, pre-revolutionary.

I'm coming with a report! There really is no photo, I did only 4 things to try. Have already eaten.
I really liked the method! And taste! Potatoes are different from those boiled in water. I’ve even got something sweet. Top with butter and dill, but with a cutlet.
Only now I did not cook it for 3 minutes, but for 8, although the microwave is powerful. But it's still quick and easy. And delicious. Thank you!
gala10

Added this consideration to notes.

Oh what a fun way
We must take it into service and test it on our stove
Thank you, Checkmark You have a lot of interesting and useful recipes

Oooh ... what kind of people have drawn ... Lyudochka, yes, it turns out very tasty, just specify the cooking time for your microwave.
Tanyulya
Mom Galya (I'm used to calling it that, Zhenya won't let me lie), hello, here I was attracted to such a potato by the smell. I cook everything in a red bag, and I will test it in paper. I often make myself potatoes for lunch with sour cream.
Thank you. I saw Lyudochka is already here, I tried it.
For the recipe

gala10
Tanyulya, Hi dear! Very glad to you! Try it - I really like it. I hope you enjoy it too.

girls, in a whisper: and I just bake washed potatoes without bags and paper ... I like it for many years, especially helps at work.
try something to wrap ...
Tanyulya
Tatyana, nooo, it's just not for fun. It is necessary to wrap it up in something

And if the paper is wet with oil? Will nothing explode?
I brought from Bulgaria several packages of chybrits (savory), sprinkled them on paper. And almost all the grass stuck to the paper, not the potatoes. Wouldn't it stick with oil?
I really liked it, 6 small potatoes, 80 grams each, cooked for 7 minutes.
Tanyulya
I just baked it, yummy, I have a lot of 3 minutes for 1 potato, in short, I shook it for a dear soul.
The paper just got wet and squeezed.
gala10
Svetlana, the paper dries up when baked, becomes like a crust. Everything from her sticks off. I would not risk smearing wet paper with oil.
Tanyulechka, I'm very glad that you liked it.

I liked the idea. I will definitely try. Thank you, Gal.

Anya, to your health!

gala10, Checkmark, thanks for the idea! We are at the dacha, there is no A4 paper, but there is parchment paper, I cooked according to the motives: I salted the potato bars, sent them with rosemary, sprinkled them with olive oil, and wrapped them in parchment in an envelope. I had 5 minutes to cook, so yummy
Next time I will definitely cook according to the recipe, I will ask you to bring A4 papers for the weekend!
gala10
Yulia, did you wet the parchment paper too? Here, in my opinion, the whole feature is in wet paper.
Interestingly, everyone has their own cooking time. Apparently, it's not only the microwave, but also the variety of potatoes.
strawberry
For a long time I have been baking potatoes wrapped in a wet towel. I don’t remember where the recipe was, maybe here. But I didn’t guess it in the paper. Thank you, Julia! I will do this

gala10, Galya, no, she didn’t wet. Well I say - the recipe turned out "based on"
And yes, I have such a hard potato, barely cut it.
gala10
Natasha, thanks, I will also keep in mind about a wet towel.
Yulia, try it on wet paper, then tell me what's the difference with parchment.
Rarerka
I'll tell you a lot.
For comparison, I made two potatoes of the same size in different paper at once. She wrapped one in A4 writing paper, the other in white parchment.
My in shock! Both of them were easily pierced with a toothpick after three minutes.
Power set 800.
The only deviation from the recipe was made. I had to peel the potatoes. His young is not yet. And the old one is too tasty with us
After comparison, I will note that the parchment is less soaked and easier to fold and unfold.
Checkmark, huge thank you for the recipe
Rada-dms
: a-kiss: Galya, in the evening we will try "your" potatoes! Thank you!
gala10
Rada-dms, Olga, try it for health, but the time for your potatoes and microwave may need to be adjusted.

Lyudochka, thanks for the tip. I am very glad that you liked this method.
Rada-dms
gala10, I have an oak tree again, an hour is cooked in small cubes in soup. I will poke it with a fork in the process!
Mirabel
Galina, Thank you, Galechka, for the wonderful potatoes! (y) For the second day in a row I cook it for a side dish.
It turns out so fast and delicious! but I cooked more, a few large potatoes for about 8 minutes ...

Paper plays the role of a "saucepan", a not completely sealed closed space that does not allow water to evaporate very strongly and quickly and creates a steam effect.)) For many years I have been doing it in an ordinary deep plate, covered with a second plate. Or in a small glass saucepan. I usually pour 1 tbsp. l. water so that the potato itself does not dry out much and is in a cloud of steam. I have a micra of 800 W and it always cooks potatoes for 6-7 minutes (usually there are 5-7 medium potatoes, one can and really will cook for 3 minutes, but I did not try to bake one). Several times I came across a potato that is not cooked during this time, but requires 2 times more, at least burst. Yes, Galya is right - I think there is some specificity of the potato itself. Moreover, once my mother's potato behaved like that, the store has nothing to do with it)). But in the rest of the uncountable number of cases - 6-7 minutes at 800W.

Moreover, vegetables are prepared in the same way on Olivier, but already peeled. Beets are cooked the longest in the micra (it also depends on the size) - usually 15 minutes.
gala10
Vika, I'm very glad that you liked it.
Nata, thanks for the valuable information. We must try to bake a few potatoes and see what happens in time.
Scarecrow
gala10,

Galya, I was too lazy to cook it in the usual way with this potato in the microscope !! For myself, one favorite pair of potatoes to eat after work - here's the hunt to peel it, boil it in a saucepan for about 20 minutes, tell me, right?))) And then hop, sprinkled it with your favorite herbs, wrapped it in bamazhka and eat it in 5 minutes)). You can straight with bamazhkoy if you are very hungry)).
Rada-dms
Checkmark, dear, we dined on your potatoes - 7 minutes was enough for another old potato. Thank you very much! My husband took over when I need to quickly figure out for myself a dinner after work in the absence of my ready-made food.
For "Olivier" and vinaigrette I have been preparing everything for a long time in a micra, cut into cubes, because I do not like to cut and peel boiled peel - it takes a long time, and everything sticks to my fingers all the time.
Scarecrow
Rada-dms,

And you clean before cooking in the micr. Raw vegetables are easy to peel with a peeler: both carrots and potatoes. And cook yourself. This is how I cook.
gala10
Olya, Natasha, thanks for the feedback. I also got hooked on this potato. Fast, simple - that's for sure for me.
Rada-dms
Scarecrow, so I clean and immediately cut into cubes, it's even faster, and the cubes are smoother. First I put carrots or beets, if on vinaigrette. Then after about four minutes on top of the potatoes. Five minutes and you're done. If the vegetables are dry, then you can add st. l. water.
Scarecrow
Rada-dms,

Oh, I read it like that)). Crooked. Now I realized - you just do it because you don't like to clean the skin)). Apparently, in the heat, I got sick of malya)).
velli
Yesterday I cooked potatoes with rosemary and Tasty Salt this way. Three minutes was not enough for the potatoes to cook. Power 800 watts. Roofing felts chose the wrong potato (young but large), added another 5 minutes. It turned out delicious. But did the salt and rosemary dry on the paper this way or did I do something wrong?
gala10
valentine, everything is fine. How much salt and spices are needed, the potatoes took, and the rest - on paper. The potatoes weren't bland, were they? Is it normal to taste? It means that it should be so.
velli
Check mark, I really liked the potatoes, this is the only way I will now bake them in a micron, and not cook them on the stove. Thanks again for the recipe!
gala10
valentine, to your health!
