Big Cabbage Roll in Cuckoo 1051

Ingredients

Young white cabbage 1 forks
Veal meat 700 g
Carrot 1 PC
Onion 2 pcs
Rice 1/2 multi-glass
Royal champignons 3 pcs
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt pepper taste
Water 4 multi-glasses

Cooking method

  • Prepare minced meat:
  • Grind the meat. Saute carrots, onions and mushrooms in a little vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl on the frying program, add tomato paste, fry a little. Add frying and washed rice (not boiled!) To the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Disassemble the head of young cabbage into sheets. At the bottom of the multicooker bowl, put the cabbage leaves in 2 layers so that the edges go over the sides of the pan. Distribute 1/2 minced meat. Again lay out the cabbage leaves with overlaps so that there are no gaps. Add the remaining half of the minced meat. Fold the cabbage leaves from the sides of the bowl onto the filling, put the whole leaves on top, closing it like a pie.
  • Fill with water and start cooking.
  • After the end of cooking, after cooling a little, remove the stuffed cabbage from the bowl using the device (I have a plate of a suitable diameter).

The dish is designed for

Note

After the end of the program, check for excess fluid. Depending on the juiciness of the cabbage, the required amount of water is used to prepare the dish. The recipe indicates the approximate amount. If, after the end of cooking, there is a lot of liquid, drain it and put the cabbage roll for another 10 minutes. per baking program, level 2.

looks very appetizing, but if there is no multi?

Good recipe! My household will definitely like it, so I bookmark it!

Newbie, I just want to write ... "Newbie" is, but not multi. This is a terrible omission! Any, the simplest cartoon should be in the house. This relief gives in cooking, expansion of the diet, and, most importantly, freedom from standing over the stove. He laid everything, closed it, went for a walk. I came, and almost any aromatic, high-quality dish is already ready. Better yet, have a multicooker pressure cooker right away.

and lyricism bills with big zeros

NewbieWhy are there big zeros in the accounts? Cuckoos are very economical multi. I practically only cook in them, and I rarely use a gas stove.

Without multi, of course the same can be cooked either in a cauldron on the stove or, even better, in the oven.
But, most of all, I like to cook in the cartoon, you are never afraid for the result and that somewhere something will burn.
I have two of them (cuckoos), for many years I cook only in them. On the stove there is a teapot, first courses, sometimes frying, pasta, in general, so little things.

Hope you like it. Indeed, it is delicious. And I forgot to point out that this dish is as dietary as possible for cabbage rolls, so to speak. For cooking, young veal is used (in my version) and a minimum of fat - just a couple of spoons. At least, there are no grease stains left on the plate in the residue, you can just wash it with water without specials. dishwashing detergents. I don’t know how for whom, it’s important for me, I can’t eat fatty foods ((
Rada-dms
Newbieon the contrary, everything is more economical, this is due to the reduction of the real cooking time and the subsequent infusion, bringing to readiness in a closed multi. Take at least the same buckwheat porridge - the result is like from a Russian oven, and there is less headache and less energy.
If it were the other way around, all the thousands or even millions of users of culinary forums would not have several multicooker or pressure cookers. This speaks not even about something, but about everything, about all the advantages of such devices.

Val, I agree, I almost do it (without mushrooms) with sauerkraut leaves. But from fresh ones somehow I did not guess. Well, the veal in the cartoon is boiled down better. This is a proven fact! So thanks again!

you can argue about this, for example, I have a gas meter and it's not a fact that the bill would be less than cooking on the stove than in cartoons
Rada-dms
On porridge - buckwheat, barley, millet, on jellied meat, on tongues, on tough meat, shanks, broths, multi oak potatoes, and especially pressure cookers, even "beat off" the electricity.
Language in an hour and a half or 40 minutes? Jellied meat in an hour twenty or six or seven? There is nothing to even argue about. The entire site has selected multi and pressure cookers. Each one for his own, and there are such comrades who are EACH MULTY for their dish.

I also have four small and five large

In short! Big stuffed cabbage - big cartoon! Hurrah!
Newbie
let's better talk about stuffed cabbage, I don’t start a cartoon for religious reasons

As I understand you, having bought the first cuckoo many years ago, I became an adherent of multicooker. I dreamed of the latest cuckoo model, but the price was too "biting", I had to limit myself to buying a new bowl, because unfortunately, with intensive use, even with the most careful handling, the coating began to wear off and small bald spots appeared in a couple of places ((

Cool!
I wonder if you can also make one big stuffed pepper, or dolma? In the heat, it's so reluctant to stand and twist them, although with a dolmer
Val, thanks for the recipe!

About electricity and gas. It turns out about the same. Already considered, and I'm not alone. Only gas also smells, or I'm a sniffer)))
