Soup with couscous and crab sticks

Ingredients

chicken broth 400-450 ml
couscous 50-60 g
crab sticks (surimi) 50 g
egg yolks 2 pcs.
fresh herbs (cilantro or green onions) taste
salt taste
ground black pepper, ground coriander taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare couscous according to the recipe indicated on the package, adding one sprig of cilantro, salt and pepper to the water for cooking cereals.
  • Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and add to the couscous in serving bowls when done. If you are making green onion soup, add more ground coriander to taste.
  • Beat the egg yolks and pour into a saucepan of boiling stock. Remove the foam, bring to readiness and turn off the stove. Add broth to bowls of couscous and crab sticks, straighten the flavor with salt and pepper, and serve sprinkled with chopped fresh cilantro or onions.
  • Great soup for cold days.
