Oven baked chicken fillet with oregano

Ingredients

chicken fillet 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 30 ml.
lime juice (lemon) 30 ml.
Worcestershire (Worcester) sauce 1 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
honey 3 tsp
chili flakes 1 tsp
garlic powder 2 tsp
oregano dry 1 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Mix all marinade ingredients until smooth.
  • Wash and dry the chicken fillet.
  • Coat the fillet with marinade, put in a bowl with it.
  • Tighten with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 4-12 hours. Turn over periodically.
  • Remove from refrigerator a couple of hours before cooking to warm up the meat.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake the fillets until tender (about another 15-20 minutes).
