Chocolate pie on boiling water in a multicooker cuckoo 1004f

Ingredients

Flour 400 g
Granulated sugar 400 g
Cocoa 6 tbsp. l
Egg 2 pcs
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Milk 200 ml
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Soda 1.5 tsp
Boiling water 200 ml

Cooking method

  • The recipe is taken from the enclosed recipe book, page 235, called Boiled Chocolate. Everything is mixed very quickly. Sift dry ingredients, mix separately, liquid separately EXCEPT a boil. Then combine liquid and dry ones, and at the very end pour boiling water. Stir into a homogeneous mass. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter, pour in the dough, press the program and that's it. At the end of the program, I checked it with a toothpick, it turned out that the dough was sticking somewhere on top, turned it over and for another 10 minutes on the same program.
  • P.S. The original recipe says that, if you wish, you can replace vegetable oil with butter

Time for preparing:

1h 20min + 10min

Cooking program:

Oven level 1

The cake turned out to be so high, I did not expect if the dome was baked at the very beginning, then somewhere about 9cm! And so about 8cm. I even wanted to layer it like a biscuit, but did not have time, left it to cool and left with the child, and upon arrival the piece was already chopped off
You can pour melted chocolate and add nuts to the dough, the recipe is straightforward and quick. I only put less sugar than in the original, somewhere around 250 gr

Natalia, Natasha, try it like a biscuit layer, it will be even better, my husband is now eating it like that, he says how soft and gentle he is.
