Colleagues, good afternoon! Help me please!
I bought a Kenwood KVL 8320S food processor as a gift in Europe - the European analogue of our KVL8300. When I turn it on for the first time, I do everything according to the instructions: the head is lowered and locked, the twist is in the "0" position, BUT when it is turned on, the diode in the twist blinks and the engine, accordingly, does not start. If it is ok, then it should glow constantly, not blink. Nobody knows what it can be or just a service?

nik96, Andrei, welcome to the topic!
Now let's get the details, and better with pictures / videos.
For example, if you turned it on right from the cold, then there may be mistakes.
Does something change if you press the "head" with your hand?
CM does not work at all positions of the speed switch?
Are all jacks not working or just one?
Doesn't it work at all or only under load?
So what about your guarantee?

BUT, when connected to the network, the diode in the twist blinks and the engine, accordingly, does not start.
Maybe your twist is in the wrong position? The dash on the machine must match the circle on the switch. If they do not match, the light will blink and the machine will not turn on.

I answer in order:
1.Welcome to the topic! - Thanks for the greeting!
2. For example, if you turned it on right from the cold, then there may be mistakes - not from the cold.
3. Does something change if you press the "head" with your hand? - tried it, nothing changes.
4. CM does not work at any position of the speed switch? - yes, it does not work, twisted in all positions.
5. Do all slots or one of them fail? - it does not allow the engine to start, respectively, nothing works ...
6. So what about your warranty? - everything is bad here. the device was bought in a German online store, I just received it yesterday, so there is no guarantee in the Russian Federation ... :-(

I do not know how now, but the officially released and officially sold KM Kenwood should be accepted for warranty service in any country where DeLongy's service is available.
In the Russian Federation, they really do not like this outside the country of sale (in the EU countries there are no problems with this), so they strongly resist and hang on their ears that the right to warranty service is lost when crossing the border.
I know for sure cases when they took on the guarantee and Kenwood equipment, and other equipment of other brands that were not purchased from us. At least more than 5 years ago, when I was closely interested in this issue, it was like this.
True, sometimes it took heaps of papers and a showdown through lawyers and parent enterprises.
How things are now, I don't know.
But nothing prevents you from trying to contact the head office of both Kenwood and DeLongy and a bunch of others with a corresponding claim.
To do this, you need to make scans of all the docks about the purchase and delivery method, the warranty card, which is, and with these docks, first contact the Russian Federation at the office. Kenwood website with a statement of warranty service in the Russian Federation, and if you receive a refusal to put on a guarantee, then receive it officially, in writing (this can be a scan from the screen of the refusal, and an email with a response).
That is, first call, and then, based on the result of the conversation, write to the office.a statement to them by e-mail to get the office. written answer.
And already with these docks, contact the head office.
And after setting up for warranty service, everything is already clear - you send a video with a malfunction, where you should and further understand.

By the way, we'd better shoot the video too - to show it to make it clearer what you are doing and what she does / does not do (KM).

Good luck!

Olga, thank you for your understanding ...
I talked to Kenwood today, the answer is no! Accordingly, in order not to get into litigation, I try to issue a return with the store - they take the costs themselves and must change to a new one. In any case, it will be faster than knocking the rapids here ...

Hello colleagues!
My epic with a food processor purchased in an online store in Germany will not end in any way ... As I agreed with the store for the first time, I sent the food processor back to Germany. They promised to figure it out, and if something to replace. I waited almost 2 months and yesterday I finally received a package from them. In short, my anger knew no bounds. They sent me the same harvester and a piece of paper, where it says that they checked the harvester and everything works for them ... I turn it on - the same thing. Damn, I don't know what to think. either the Germans are really mocking or I am stupid somewhere. I can't add a link to a video on Yandex - writes that forum beginners are forbidden to add links, and the size is around 30MB ... In short, I don't know what to do yet ...
