Cabbage soup with pumpkin in a multicooker Tefal RK-816E32

Ingredients

Chicken wing 6 pcs.
peeled potatoes 2 pcs.
fresh white cabbage 250 gr.
pumpkin (diced) 30-50 gr.
grated carrots (frozen) 30 gr.
sweet pepper (frozen in cubes) 30 gr.
bulb onions 1 PC.
salt taste
ground pepper taste
fresh or frozen greens (I have dill frozen in olive oil) 1 tsp
water 1,5-2 .

Cooking method

  • Put prepared wings in a bowl, fill with water, turn on the "Soup" program for 35 minutes.
  • At a signal, we take out the wings on a plate, load chopped cabbage, chopped potatoes, diced onions into a multicooker; then carrots, pumpkin and peppers - I use frozen vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, add the Soup program for another 25 minutes. Towards the end of the program, return the stoned meat to the pan, add the herbs and leave the dish on the heating for another 15 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

If you like light soups, then this dish is for you. For those who love the taste of tomato in such first courses, I advise you to fry 1-2 tbsp in a pan. l. tomato paste with a pinch of sugar and then add to the saucepan.
