Hello, dear forum users and forum users!
I went about related topics, went ... and realized that this oven is different from everyone else, and therefore deserves a separate topic.
I don't know if the topic will be popular, but I do not want popularity, but together with the owners to master the new gadget that has settled in my kitchen kingdom.
To be able to ask a question and get an answer, if necessary, share your knowledge and skills.
Hostesses and cooks, I'm waiting for you to learn and communicate. I will be glad not only to the owners, but also to new fans of this innovative and simply very interesting Panasonic NU-SC101 stove.

Ilmira, Congratulations!!! Well done for making up her mind, she is really very cool, she even cooks soups. I also love her and cook a lot in her and so far there have been no punctures.

Ilmira, congratulations, I don't have one, but Panasonic never disappointed me, one of my favorite brands of technology.

Ilmirushka, cool stove, congratulations! I'll take a closer look, maybe I'll buy myself, instead of a microwave, if it fits on the windowsill)

Yulia, well, it depends on what kind of windowsill.
In general, it is like a cube, very compact
al2
Ilmira, yes I also do everything by trial and error. It would be great if Lena (Kubanochka) responded with this stove for a long time. According to the modes, I began to add either 5-10 minutes to the recipe book, or a little higher temperature.
I liked sausage in the stove, baking meat is great, you can use a steam boost. It cleans well. I am very pleased.
It stands now on the table, then on the windowsill, not heavy, you can rearrange it.

I didn't disappear, my mother fell ill and died. Suddenly and very quickly. Now I try to live on. The work was underway, we also need to catch up

I also know about her, I saw her sausage, wrote to her, she responded and wrote that there was no time at all. I hope that she will have time and she will come to us with her PANASONYushka

Ilmira, congratulations on your purchase!
A worthy thing!

How would you rate it as a substitute for the microwave? Just reheating food from the fridge? Faster, slower? Good bad?

(looking for arguments for my husband)
anna_k
Ilmirushka, thanks for the topic and review. I will also stand and listen.
I bought this device because of a discount, after torturing a good forum member with questions

I ordered from the official Panasonic store for 15990 and free home delivery.

As soon as the stove went on sale, this price seemed adequate.

I bought it because in some moments the stove can save space and time, since a baby will appear in the family in the near future.
The main tasks at the moment:
1. Sterilizer for baby dishes and accessories. Although I have an Avent microwave sterilizer.
2. Convenient steaming food, including vegetables for salads
3. Making yoghurt and proving the dough
4. Not laughing, but making dumplings (needed for a husband, but very rarely)
5. Boiling eggs
6. Cooking curd desserts

In the near future, it will be difficult to study other possibilities, and there is really no need, since the amount of equipment is off scale, the family is small, and besides, the husband often cooks.

But with pleasure I will watch and listen to what the others are cooking in the stove.
At the moment, our favorites are Tefal optigril with a baking tray, a Philips air fryer and a multicooker element 03, we rarely use other devices.

P.s. there was a thought to get rid of the large Panasonic 894 microwave oven and all the utensils for microwave ovens, but my husband turned out to be strongly against it, since he was not sure that a small stove would suit him. At the same time, we almost never reheat food, I am used to cooking fresh every time.
The place allows you to have both of these and a ton of other devices.

dana77, it was to replace the old micra that I bought this oven, but the funny thing is that I have never tried this function yet. All somehow hands do not reach. I don’t even have a permanent place for it yet, I have the opportunity to put it on and on, try something, experiment, there are many modes, I have to get used to it. That is why I cannot throw the micra away, I have not studied and understood everything in the new stove. So, as soon as it turns out, I will immediately tell and show about the result.
In any case, it is more harmless than my old and tattered micra, and the food from it is definitely healthier.

Anya, I'm glad you didn't keep yourself waiting!

I would also listen with pleasure, but you see, there is almost no one yet.
Look how much you've already told!

so I'm not in a hurry to get rid of the micra yet.
By the way, I was already preparing dumplings, but for some reason I didn't guess to take a picture, and today I steamed beets and carrots for my dinner, everything worked out
In general, we will collectively slowly explore the possibilities of Panasonic
kubanochka
Ilmirushka, congratulations on your purchase! And with a new theme! This stove is worth its own theme)))
With work a little raked, I will try not to disappear for a long time. We will master together our PANASONYUSHKA

There is no microwave function here. Steamer plus convection oven plus combined option. No microwaves

Quote: Ilmirushka

For salads, I cut potatoes, beets, carrots into cubes and steam (the strongest mode) for 20 minutes and you're done. Very fast and tasty)))

I like the "French Meat" program very much. And I also like the omelets on the program of the same name.
I removed all the yogurt makers at home in the basement, I cook yoghurt only in Panasyushka (is that what we will call it now?) Let there be a photo with yoghurt here))) Now I will photograph everything that I cook in Panasyushka.

LenaHow glad I am, you just drop in for a minute! After all, you have already got used to it, write to us everything, everything in what modes, and take photos too!
I also made an omelet, like it.
I know about microwaves that there are none, but this steam boost ...
Lenahave you tried it?

Lena, have you tried it?
Of course! I mainly use it when baking bread.

Healthy Fry potatoes are amazing! Don't forget about this mode.
anna_k
kubanochka, thanks for the advice, you must try and omelets and meat.

I will definitely try yoghurts, in our family only I am a fan, but they are also good for dressing salads, etc.

As for microwaves, I know that replacement is adequate only for those who use microwave exclusively for heating.
I often cook in it in Taper dishes. And the hand does not rise to get rid of these boons. The thought was wrong, associated with the period of "pregnant nesting" with a bias "all unnecessary nafik from home, we will become minimalists." I hope he will let go soon))))

I remembered another important task for me - sterilization of crockery for conservation. I'm not sure if I can do this this year, but in any case, I am already ripe for work. Moreover, there is not enough equipment for its own garden, but at the autumn fairs there is such a huge selection and such prices that it is a sin not to experiment.
Ilmirushka
Well, are there no more owners, or are they all sitting in the bushes?
Girls, tell me, did someone try to bake a whole chicken? Apart from my false pig, I have never done anything so big in her. But here the minced meat ... And the chicken is still chicken ..., in the recipes only in pieces.
kubanochka

Girls, tell me, did someone try to bake a whole chicken?
Ilmirushka, entirely just going to try all the time. I tried it in pieces, cooked chicken wings, pork ribs. Only the ribs I did not cook according to the recipe from the book.
I put the ribs without salt and spices on baking trays with wire racks on the "Steam ---" mode for 20 minutes. Then I marinated these ribs for about 30 minutes (soy sauce, garlic, spices - as you are used to) and on convection with heating 230 * (already without gratings) until a beautiful color (30 minutes). I cooked on two baking sheets at once.

Lena,
Before baking the ribs, I always boil them in Štebka. I love that the meat from them fell into the mouth by itself. And then the steam ... you have to get used to

I've always done that too. But I usually steam salted brisket before smoking. It turns out delicious. So I decided to steam the ribs too instead of boiling.

Found a photo of cooked meat on the French Meat program

Panasonic NU-SC101 Steam Convection Oven

She beat off pieces of pork, salted and pepper. A lot of onions on top, greased with mayonnaise, grated cheese. The time and temperature provided in the program is sufficient for cooking. I cooked on two levels at once. In some places, the baking sheets did not change. Prepared the same way.

Simply, quickly and with pleasure to eat steamed, these are Koreans, Japanese and, it seems, the Chinese love, but with the use of steam, basically all yeast is baked, see Angelina's recipes on breads. And what is highlighted on the board during cooking ?!

And chooooo is not clear here?)))
The Chinese cook buns for steam. And I turn on the Convection mode with heating. I put bread (or buns, or croissants) into a preheated Panasyushka and cut in a steam boost. It's like baking in a steam oven, only you don't need to put a container of water in the oven.

And here, at HP, did you see how they cook?))) I went on purpose and found a recipe.
Quote: Lana
They are very extraordinary!
The dough was prepared by HP:
fast-acting yeast-4 tsp
flour - 350 g wheat flour + 250 g whole grain
sugar - 140 g
egg - 1 pc.
water - 360 ml
powdered milk - 4 tbsp. l.
sesame-3st. l. into dough + sprinkle on top
poppy - poured into the eye
jam for spreading buns - I did not, next time I will definitely
panifarin - 2 tbsp. l.
Mode - Diet. The dough is amazing!
Buns that are in the form of roses, the layer is smeared with jam and roses are formed. Then it is more beautiful and the taste is brighter.
The buns themselves are very tasty, not sticky, it does not seem at all that they were cooked.
The Chinese claim that they can be eaten by everyone, without exception, even with a sick stomach.

In short, here is the result ... (Sveta is for you)

Ode to a boiled bun

With my daughter for the first time at par
Steam rolls
There would be no nightmare
Wouldn't feed everything to the bucket
Only everything will be wonderful
This recipe won't let you down
And not at all, not at all bland,
A very correct calculation in it!
Well, how could it be otherwise
The recipe, after all, Sveta gave us!
Never fail here.
Honor and glory to her, praise!
The multicooker has worked hard
And on "frying", and so ...
I fell in love with her again
(Or am I just a maniac?)
In vain I sinned on Pressure,
The dough rose steeply.
Go away, rather doubt!
Everything was done without a “sacrifice”.
The result is so unusual
I don't know what to say ...
The buns taste fantastic!
I'll go eat the rolls ...

Sveta! Thanks for the recipe!
But there are no photos ... The rolls are eaten (the family is big)

You need to try to cook in Panasyushka. The rolls are worth making))

I also have such a stove for a long time)
I wanted to somehow make a topic, I kept pictures of the cooked ... but it did not grow together)

I also took it with the thought that I would heat it up, I never heat anything))) it is more convenient for me on the stove)
I like to cook on 2 trays at once. On one side dish, on the other fish / meat.

I do not like:
-The relief of trays, you will be tortured to wash. Therefore, I cover them with foil (I threw out the foil, the baking sheet is clean). I also use suitable forms, with them in general beauty.
-Some small temperature on the programs, it's easier to set it yourself.

In general, a pretty stove) I haven't switched it on for a long time, the food style has changed)
Of course, due to its small size, it can be taken as an addition to the main stove.

It seems that I wrote everything) if I find the pictures (but I deleted them, it seems) I will add them.

Here is where we started talking about her: Microwave oven Panasonic NN-CS894B # 298

And further on the page and then Microwave oven Panasonic NN-CS894B # 331

Zamorochka
I have this stove for 2 years. I bought it in addition to the Panasonic NN-CS894B Microwave Oven, both of them can cook with steam. I heat it up in the microwave and bake, if necessary, a large volume, also in it, and in this baby I cook with steam or using a steam boost. Last year I baked little Easter cakes, and I also like casseroles and cheesecakes in it. I rarely use the recipe book, mainly by my own selection method. Here, however, you have to rotate the baking during cooking, my copy, on the right, in the far corner, is hotter more strongly, the same garbage is in the micr. Meat and fish baked with a steam boost are very tasty and tender.
Ilmirushka
Quote: Zamorochka

I fill these grooves with water and dishwashing detergent and set them aside. While I wash the rest of the dishes, everything gets wet and rinses off easily. But I cook some recipes with foil, I make a straight tray out of foil.

I think that is the case with everyone in these stoves. Due to its small size.
Zamorochka, Check mark, hi!
Trishka
Girls, I'll read everything, of course, but tell me, can she replace the microwave for heating and defrosting food?
It's just that I also have a Panasonic microwave, but the old one, about 20 years old, was bought at the old Gorbushka in Moscow, so the inscriptions are all in German, but I'm happy with it.

Quote: kubanochka

Does not save)

By the way, when representatives of Panasonic called me and asked about their impressions of the stove, I told them about the geometry of the trays, that it was not very successful. Agreed)

I understand that a new version of our stove has recently been released, only a large one (?), maybe they will take into account all the nuances of this one.

For defrosting, I think it will do.
Instead of microwave, hardly.

Irina, but this function cannot be used for warming up? In the video, it seems that the temperature reaches 100 in seconds. Or am I not talking about that?
Trishka
So maybe I don't need microwaves, for example, to reheat pasta, or a bowl of soup?
kubanochka
And now my meatloaf is baked in Panasyushka. I held it for 20 minutes, now the convection is 230 *, set it for 40 minutes without warming up, I will adjust the time along the way. I take photos))
Zamorochka
Ilmirushka, and I often make a lazy breakfast By the way, I also cover the baking sheets with either foil or baking paper, but more often I use baking dishes, it bothers me to wash the baking sheets and pisses me off when they are not completely washed
Irishka, I also received a call from representatives and I said that in the micron the baking sheet cover is better and what for these furrows were needed.
Zebra
I have them. I practiced for the first time and put it in a cupboard, since the kitchen was supposed to be redeveloped ... they wanted to put it on a separate shelf, in a corner, so that it would not occupy the countertop. Well, it’s still in the cupboard.
Quote: Trishka
So maybe I don't need microwaves, for example, to reheat pasta, or a bowl of soup?
There is no substitute for a microwave oven for heating, neither in speed nor in quality (I mean small volumes). Only food is heated in the microwaves, the pot is heated in the stove too, that is, after heating it is necessary to shift it, the same thing as heating it on the stove. And only micra can heat something a little bit in 10-15-30 seconds (milk from the refrigerator, for example, I love it, but I can't drink cold).
And so a normal, good, stylish little stove. The only thing that I didn’t like was the principle of water spraying, it’s some kind of, apparently, finely dispersed, so a white bloom from water forms on the walls after each preparation, so water should probably be used distilled or after a filter (as soon as a new ).
Trishka
Quote: anna_k

This is me!
And also, sometimes my guys heat frozen pizza, in the microwave mode of the same name, is this possible?
In general, can you reheat ready-made, but frozen dishes?
RepeShock

Girls, well, of course there are no microwaves in it, it's not microwave)
I also write that it will not work to reheat quickly (!), like in a microwave oven. On gas faster) and less hassle)
Here you need to pour water, heat it, then wipe everything from this water. No, it's so hard for me)
Ilmirushka
Quote: Zebra

Tatyana, so does it really depend on the size of the sprayed drops? Plaque, it is formed from the composition of the water. I pour boiled chilled.

This is a small oven, you can just use it as a double boiler. This is a disconnecting function.
But it seems to me that somehow it does not work quickly when you use it without steam.
