sugar 50 gr.
chicken egg 1 PC.
corn flour 60 gr.
baking powder 0.5 tsp
nut syrup (hazelnuts) 1 tsp
Strawberry 4 berries

Cooking method

  • I just love simple recipes, so this time the basis for my next experiment was a recipe from
  • Cupcakes Sunny with strawberries and red currants on corn flourCoconut cupcake
    (Aikimari)
    For my experiment, I took 1/3 of the indicated dose of products.
  • I did not philosophize with the order of mixing the products, I mixed sugar + egg and butter. Then I added flour + baking powder and syrup.
  • The dough is thick. Divided into 4 parts and loaded into a cupcake.
  • After 5 minutes I looked under the lid, the dough had already grabbed, and I put in each cupcake a strawberry from my freeze. Since the berries were slightly different, some of them drowned completely, and some remained afloat.
  • In total, everything was ready in 10 minutes.
