I saw this wonderful recipe on Good Cook, where it is offered ilga and embodies the idea of cooking in a multicooker Lola.

An excellent recipe for feeding a child with fish (even if the child does not like fish at all).
I did this recipe several times. I took the fish pink salmon. Of course, I had to tinker a little, pulling EVERYTHING to one bone and chopping. But the result is excellent - a very tender and nutritious fish casserole-pie.

And I don't have a multicooker yet ... How long does it take to bake in the oven and at what temperature? Thank you

In the oven at 200 degrees - 25 minutes (the author's words - she herself did not do it in the oven for obvious reason).

My son said that you can eat SUCH fish, the main thing is there are no bones.
And you can pour the sauce harder. Or another kind of fish.

Made fish pudding in a slow cooker. It turned out very tasty. Decent dinner or breakfast. And on the festive table - super.

It will work out. Just make it less time. Not much, but less.

Great recipe! Thank you!
She put a little more rice (I just didn't calculate how much to cook it), made it out of an angelfish.

Fish pudding with broccoli in a Panasonic multicooker

I cooked one and a half cubic meters of rice in the Standard mode, at the same time I dumped a bag of frozen broccoli into the steamer rack. While all this was being prepared, I fried finely chopped onion in a pan, just to make it faster ... I cut the telapia fillet into small pieces. I rubbed some cheese on a coarse grater 50-100 gr. Rice, onions, fish, cheese, cream, beaten eggs - all mixed in a bowl. Salted, pepper, added Provencal herbs. The bottom and sides of the saucepan were slightly smeared with rust. oil. Put the whole mixture in a saucepan, level the surface. Stick in broccoli inflorescences. Baking 45 minutes. Then leave for ten minutes under the lid in the switched off multitask and another ten minutes with the lid open so that excess liquid is absorbed and the casserole does not fall apart when taken out. Remove with a steamer wire rack.

That is, there were only two changes in the recipe - I cut the fish into pieces, not ground; and added grated cheese to the mixture (I had Gouda)

Thank you so much for such a delicious recipe!
