* Wheat flour 515 BC
* Water 145 ml.

* Sugar 60 g
* Milk whey (I have cheese) 90 g
* Softened butter (or margarine) 48 g

Cooking method

  • Mix ingredients other than oil. Start mixing. After about 5 minutes add oil.
  • Now good kneading is required until the bun is smooth.
  • Fold the dough into an envelope, place in a spacious oiled bowl and put in a warm place to rise (until doubled)
  • When the dough rises, divide it into two equal parts.
  • Since the leavening dough does not like to be rolled out, you need to carefully stretch one of the halves into a rectangular layer, with a side equal to the length of the mold. Roll loosely into a roll and place in a greased form. Do the same with the second half of the dough.
  • According to the classics of the genre, proofing is required in the warmth (close the forms - I put them in a large plastic bag and wrap them tightly)
  • As soon as the workpieces rise, you can start baking.
  • Preheat the oven to 180-185 * C. The baking process can take 25-35 minutes.
