Ingredients

premium wheat flour 550 grams
butter 80 gram
eggs c-0 2 pieces
milk 120 grams
sugar 150 grams
fresh / dry yeast 25 / 8-10 grams
salt big pinch
fresh orange peel 1 tablespoon
Orange juice 100g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. We take both sugar and flour from the total. Mix well, leave for 20 minutes.
  • Then pour warm juice, melted butter into the yeast. Add eggs, sugar, salt. We mix.
  • Pour in flour little by little. Stir well. The exit dough is soft.
  • We close the bowl with the dough and put it in a warm place for 3 hours. An hour and a half later, we back down once.
