Ingredients

Marshmallow 200 g
Sour cream 300 g
Lemon (zest) 1 PC.
Nuts, dried fruits

Cooking method

  • Break the marshmallows.
  • Add sour cream, beat with a blender.
  • Add zest and stir again.
  • Arrange in vessels.
  • Put in the refrigerator.

I did it on Saturday. I had a 250 g jar of sour cream (Rostagroexport), so I took a little less marshmallow (Udarnitsa).

Tasty, airy, tender, but for some reason it turned out to be very cloyingly sweet, which is incomprehensible, since marshmallow itself is normally perceived.
I won't do it anymore, but a bold "BUT" was drawn.

I thought that this dessert can be used as quick change of cake cream.
Keeps the form perfectly! Super fast, super easy, minimal body movements.
Therefore, I decided to issue it with a separate recipe.

I won't say about marshmallows, but I replaced sour cream with heavy cream, the marshmallows stood with them, beat them with a foot from a blender. A quick cream replacement for simple homemade cupcakes.

Tanya, I took village cream, but it is quite possible to whip cream 33-35%.
1: 1 by weight, weighed 200g of marshmallow, broke it into a bowl, then on the scales and poured 200g cream, then blend until it thickened. The marshmallow does not completely grind, but this makes the ice cream even more interesting.
You can pour in more cream up to 300g, I did it, but 1: 1 seems to me less fatty and softer. Yesterday I spent 1 liter of cream and 3.5 packs of marshmallows for cake cream (napoleon) and ice cream.
