Blackberry tea

Ingredients

black long tea with hibiscus 2 sachets
hot boiled water 500 ml
blackberries taste
raspberry syrup or raspberry jam taste
fresh mint taste

Cooking method

  • Leave 5-7 berries for serving tea, divide the remaining amount into two unequal parts, mash the smaller part of the berries in a puree.
  • Preheat the teapot, add the berry puree and 100 ml of water. Cover the kettle and leave for 5 minutes.
  • Add about 200 ml of water, tea bags to the kettle and brew the tea for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bags from the teapot.
  • Add the rest of the berries, fresh mint and hot water to the kettle, and gently mix with a spoon. Leave it on for a few minutes.
  • Put a sprig of mint, raspberry syrup or jam, a few blackberries in a teacup, add tea and serve.

Note

Please note that blackberries and hibiscus have special properties and are not indicated for use for certain diseases or a predisposition to them of the body, if you have them, then refrain from this drink.
