Hendi Profi Line 229026
Dehydrator professional Hendi Profi Line 229026

After long deliberation, I acquired such a beauty for myself.
Specifications:
- The body is made of stainless steel
- Designed for drying fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, fish, etc.
- Digital control panel
- Timer for setting the drying time up to 24 hours, in 30 minute increments
- Temperature adjustment from + 35 ° C to + 75 ° C, in 5 ° C steps
- Power consumption 1000.0 (W)
- Silent fans distribute hot air for even drying of food without having to turn the shelves
- Evenly spaced shelves are easy to remove and clean
- Transparent door allows you to monitor the drying process

Equipment:
- 10 shelves 395x395 mm stainless steel
- 1 tray for liquid
- 1 mesh for small products

What prompted this particular model in addition to the fact that it looks very organic with all the rest of the overall equipment:
1. Absolutely smooth walls inside, that is, if something is smeared somewhere, juice is dripping, it is easy to wipe it with a cloth without any tricks:

2. 10 absolutely square pallets, that is, it doesn't matter how I put them in, if suddenly (which has not happened yet) some edge has not dried out, I can turn over to the desired side.

3. The distance between the pallets is large enough for good air circulation, so I can really lay all 10 pallets without damage.

4 Power 1000 W

5. She's really very quiet.

6. I like that the outlet vents are on the sides, since some of the machines that I saw have holes from the bottom (it's not clear why (it’s not a pallet, and the tabletop should be heated in vain)), or from above. It seems to me in the case when the holes on the sides are better @ wind-blowing @ (I understand that I have frozen something out of the ordinary, but somehow I cannot explain it otherwise)

What's not to like:

1. The machine is presented as a professional one, however, the declared temperature does not quite correspond to reality, with the declared 75 it gives 69-70.
I can't write anything else about the shortcomings.

Natasha, thanks for the congratulations. Now I seem to have edited everything, now I will show you some of the achieved results.

Experiment number one, dried candied orange fruits at 40 degrees for 3 hours:

Candied fruits in our house is a topic, we love them and all my friends love them as well, but at room temperature, plus we have a rainy season, we had to dry them for a day or two, once dried for about 4 days and still ... and then 3 hours and the result.

The second experiment was with bananas and was very successful:

Now I am finishing Belevskaya marshmallow from Gali, I will share the result later.

In general, the gift from my husband on the DR makes me very, very happy, there are huge plans ahead (recipes from Tanya-Admin for meat) and everything else, I will report on the results

Congratulations on your assistant! The dryer is straight space !!!

Are you very interested in bananas, time-temperature, just cut it?

Evgenia, I really really like the dryer, I will write more about bananas next week with the temperature regime, because while I was training I did everything without a system, I want to deduce the optimal algorithm and then I will write. But in any case, I dried the bananas whole, because I wanted not chips but dried ones. I was guided by recipes from the Internet and Tanyulim (I did not like Tanyulin).

Galya, so that you know it was yours who pasted me and finished off to buy such an assistant. By the way, I looked at your dryer, but it is much more expensive, plus I liked this one a little more. It's just that when I saw the price of your dryer, the price for this one immediately seemed "and it's not at all expensive" hehe, as they say, everything is learned in comparison.

Ira, I saw how much your dryer costs. Well, the price is the same as mine. But mine is with the infrarot. More precisely, I have two of them. one, what you saw in the subject of marshmallows, and the second is the same, but with infrarot. It is, of course, a thing of things. For drying vegetables and fruits, what you need. automatic drying, the device itself determines the moisture content in the product, it will turn off everything itself when the humidity is 3% .. in general, for these purposes, I really like this dryer and you can also dry the pastille in it. There are two modes - shade-sun. The sun is always in infrared. 90 hours of continuous drying. The price is exactly the same as yours. Plain without bells and whistles, which costs 350 euros for marshmallow.
But yours is good too, you can dry a lot at a time, 10 pallets all the same.

Galya, well, when I was looking, on Amazon they were at a hefty cruel price of something like 800 euros plus shipping (and I was looking for all Amazons and Ibei), now I see that they appeared in German for 460 plus shipping. Well, what can I do, I bought mine for probably (because of the course) somewhere around 500 euros with delivery. Very much I already wanted to dry, you know how it happens ... I didn't want to wait if something would appear cheaper. And of all that is on the market, I really only liked mine and yours. But still I don’t regret it, I like it incredibly, maybe if I need a second beauty, I’ll already buy yours. hehe

something like 800
Mine with the infrarot has never been worth that much. 600 euros maximum. But the delivery was only in Germany. It would probably be even more expensive to you, perhaps the price is so inhumane.

I don’t regret it anyway
Why be sorry? Great dryer, big, you can dry a lot of things there. May it please you.

Kiwi dried in sugar syrup from Nadezhda Jouravel is incredible beauty and very tasty. You can't buy that in a store! Made 5 kg of kiwi

Dehydrator professional Hendi Profi Line 229026

Since the kiwi were green and I did not have the patience to leave them to ripen (to be honest, I only learned yesterday that they can ripen like bananas), then the dried kiwi turned out to be incredibly sour, although very beautiful. I decided not to waste the good and with a brush covered them with tempered chocolate 54%. It turned out very tasty and interesting, the combination is very good, I highly recommend it.

Girls in my opinion The Kitfort KT-1910 Professional Series Vegetable and Fruit Dryer is a Hindi clone .. I read your reviews, looked at the characteristics, all one to one, even the size of the trays. Hindi did not find it in Moscow.
