Ingredients

fish fillet (I have a hake) 2 pcs.
soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil b / s 1 tbsp. l.
pepper mix taste
large bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
salt to taste
lemon optional taste

Cooking method

  • Take baking paper and cut off two rectangles. The size should be such that one fish fillet can be wrapped in paper.

  • Pour soy sauce and oil into a bowl. Stir well before combining.

  • Lubricate the paper with a bolt with a brush.

  • Sprinkle the pepper mixture on the paper and add a little salt.

  • Peel, wash and cut into thin strips. You will need half a pepper for one serving. Place the pepper on the paper.

  • Wash the fish fillets, dry with a towel and place on top of the pepper. You can additionally grease with soy sauce and butter.

  • Wrap the fish, tucking all the edges so that there are no holes.

  • Preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet. Add fish, reduce heat to low, cover. Keep on one side for 5-6 minutes.
    Fish and pepper in frying paperTurn over. Cover and keep on the other side for another 5-6 minutes. Turn off the fire, get the fish and you can eat. Additionally, you can grease the fish with soy-oil sauce or pour over lemon juice.

I love to bake pieces of fish in baking paper just in a dry frying pan. The fish is tasty, juicy, I think it is dietary. And if you add vegetables, then the fish turns out to be fantastic. Try it too, I hope you enjoy it. Recommend!

Angela, we liked the fish. Thank you! I had frozen pepper and cut into pieces, I made a pillow for the fish from it, salted the fish and sprinkled it with seasoning. I cooked in a cast iron pan. Fast, no frying, no oil. It turned out delicious and unusual. Sometimes I will cook like that, I liked it!

Marina, to your health. You can play with additives. Put not only pepper, but also onions, grated carrots. Only the layer should not be thick, so that vegetables and fish could cook. I would be glad if you cook it more than once.
