sugar 150-200 grams

Cooking method

  • This is not even a recipe, but a way to use the zest. Mix the zest with sugar and grind in a coffee grinder. It turns out delicious and very aromatic icing sugar. I made from orange and tangerine zest, as well as from mint and feijoa. I add to baked goods, coffee and soaking syrups. The jar on the left is tangerine powder, on the right is orange, and the one on top is mint.
