Herring roll

Ingredients

Light-salted herring 1 PC
Processed cheese 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Boiled carrots 1 PC
Butter (vegetable) 20 gr (1-2 tbsp. L)

Cooking method

  • Dedicated to herring lovers.
  • It is better to choose a large herring. Clean, remove seeds. Cut the meat on the fillets on the inside, trying to make the fillets flatter. Cut the cut meat into cubes.
  • Boil a small carrot, cut into cubes.
  • Fry the onion in oil. I love crunchy onions, so I just heat them in oil to make the bitterness go away.
  • Mash the processed cheese with a fork, add all the ingredients to it, pour the remaining butter out of the pan and mix.
  • Lay out the file on cling film, put the filling on top with a slide, cover with the second file and roll it into a roll using the film.
  • Herring rollPlace the resulting "candy" in the refrigerator.
  • Slice the roll and enjoy.

Note

Fast, tasty and cute. Olives, mushrooms, herbs can be added to the filling.
