Chocolate fudge from boiled condensed milk and Nutella

Ingredients

Boiled condensed milk 1 can
Nutella 400 g
Favorite chocolate (dark) 200 g
Oil sl 40 g
Vanilla 1h l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Grease a 20 cm square mold with oil and line with baking paper so that you can easily pull out the fudge after curing.
  • 2. Melt all the ingredients in a water bath or in a micron and mix until smooth.
  • 3. Pour into a cooked dish and leave to cool. For complete cooling, put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • 4. Remove from the mold, cut into squares and enjoy. You can indulge and roll the balls and then pour over the balls with tempered chocolate. But the candies are already very worthy. I also saw in the original that the aunt, as it is fashionable now, sprinkled the sweets with salt. It seemed superfluous to me.

Note

This is not the first time I have been working with chocolate, but for some reason this time my chocolate crumbled, the mass was heterogeneous and resembled some strange substance. I sin at different temperatures of the ingredients. I saved the mass with a hand blender. Just do not give up, if the same situation is in front of you, punch the mass until smooth and shiny with a blender and you will be happy.

Thank you very much, I started with the simplest, I really liked the fudge, the mass exfoliated after the microwave, but I used a blender, it turned out smooth.

Zoya, well done what they did, the most interesting thing is that my friends liked this particular fondant more than the one that I always did in KM Kenwood with a bunch of stages and ingredients. So try harder ones too, but don't be surprised to come back to this super simple fondant too.
