Ingredients

kefir 250 ml
eggs 3 pcs
sugar 100 g
black currant confiture 300 g
wheat flour 185 g
baking powder 2 h, l

liqueur or other flavored alcoholic beverage (I have tea rose liqueur) 50 - 80 ml
For the cream:
sour cream (previously weighed from whey) 600 g
sugar 180 g
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
For decoration:
ground walnuts and chocolate, or chocolate glaze

Cooking method

  • I didn’t take pictures of the beginning of the preparation, as I wasn’t sure that I would get something more sensible. And I wasn't going to put the recipe on public display.
  • Therefore, the beginning of the dough preparation is simple in the description. And here everything is simple and fast, as usual!
  • Beat eggs with sugar until whitening and increase in volume.
  • Add blackcurrant confiture, kefir and mix until smooth.
  • I cooked the jam from frozen black currant according to this recipe

  • Sift the flour together with baking powder and add to the egg-kefir mixture.
  • Stir at low speed with a mixer or whisk.

  • For impregnation, I took strawberry puree, because I had it thawed (for other purposes). I have it with a minimum amount of sugar. So I added 1 tbsp. l sugar, liqueur, mixed and brought to a boil in the microwave (to remove alcohol degrees). You can make the impregnation as you like and to your liking. If the children will not eat the cake, alcohol can not be evaporated, then we will get a more piquant aroma.
