Greetings to all!
Tell me, does anyone have such a Boshik 8 series model with steam and microwaves? What can you tell about it? I like Mila with similar functionality, but there the price is much higher for the magic word))). Previously, there was an extremely negative experience with the Bosch roll-out oven ... But now the problem is that the oven must be white. And in white color with a normal set of functions - pyrolysis, steam, temperature probe, shutdown when ready, temperature from 30 - there are not so many of them (I do not need microwaves due to the inability to use this function.

Ladies, well, absolutely, absolutely no information? I'm afraid to buy without reviews .... If the biscuits don't rise again, it's a disaster!

I have white glass, BOSCH, 8 series, but without steam and microwaves. Do you really like what exactly to tell you? The temperature is up to 300, but in fact 300 apparently can only be done with a grill, but 270 without problems. With my meticulousness I checked with a special thermometer. It is very easy to adjust everything with the wheel. Three glasses, absolutely not heated outside. At any temperature inside, the outside is slightly warm. It blows really hard)))), blowing glass interfered, I'm used to it)
It bakes carefully, it is difficult to burn something in it. Shows the actual temperature. Since I looked at a separate thermometer and at the oven data, I can say that after switching on and setting the temperature according to the oven data, it takes another 3-5 minutes for the temperature to equalize throughout the oven. The panel is self-cleaning back, I don't remember the side walls, but it's easy to clean. I make steam myself, maybe not, but I don't see any problems.
I'm happy with the oven. No telescopes, it's annoying, but I'm not ready to pay the price for them. My husband will make telescopes out of our Belarusian Hephaestus there, he will slightly alter them. The price of the issue will be 6-8 dollars, you know) I also bought trays and a grate from Hephaestus. The grille stands like a dear one. On it I put Gefest's trays. Their price is about $ 6 per piece)) I really like it) Now I have two native baking trays, a native grate and three Hephaestus and a Hephaestus grate - only bakes, don't be lazy))
Here, in general, like everything) I'm happy with the oven.
Out of trouble, in the first month the light bulb burned out, I swore for a long time to change it under warranty and I was ordered on BOSCH, and my husband put a light bulb for the refrigerator and it works perfectly !!! Just not ordinary, but there is some other, I don't understand)) He understands everything with me)
Now looking back at my purchase, I do not regret it.

I saw more about biscuits you ask. I supplement - they rise well)) Do not be afraid. You know, she is not so tough, bakes gently, carefully.
Wolverine
Mindalka, thank you very much for the detailed answer! It seems that there are no other questions. The main thing is uniform heat over the entire area and the absence of sudden cooling. I once had two accidentally rolled out Boshiks in a row, which in any mode at a certain moment turned on their cooling, respectively, the biscuits dropped to the state of a pancake. And from the meat it was clear that there was a lack of heat in one corner ... So I am now trying to find out if there are such global vices. Thanks again, calmed down. I'll watch her live on Monday and I think I'll take it. And then the New Year is coming soon, and I have no oven at all. I will take into account 3-5 additional minutes. And I realized about the accessories)).
Mindalka
In my completely manual control, but I just wanted it, because in the ready-made programs there are many such as "lamb's leg" -
I never baked it) The temperature is regulated in my opinion from 25 degrees, I put the dough there for proofing.
How to buy, most likely there will be a check function in the store, when everything works, only the oven does not heat up) do not be alarmed, you need to remove this and everything will work. I also have a Shabbat function. If you accidentally expose, then remove its problem) You will remain without pies on Saturday) Although I do not know exactly how it works.
The wheel is very comfortable.
Basically, 90 percent, I use convection + upper, lower heating. In some recipes, I was afraid of blowing, but in practice it turned out that it does not even spoil what, it seemed, should not have been blown by the wind. Blowing, convection, helps to evenly distribute air.
I bake often on three floors and different. Everything works out. In fact, there is a little less heat below.
We put ciabatta, well, if we really quibble, well, a little once like a crust was slightly darker in one place, but next time it was not) I looked at everything meticulously)
I bake and biscuits and yeast and shortbread and bread and ciabatta, and with the purchase of Kesha, they began to make meringues. Doesn't fail.
My husband fries potatoes on a grid on a wire rack, everything is fine.
You can also change the temperature and time during operation.
Right now I don't know what to find fault with her) So I was tied to my old stove, I got used to it, I stomped on it and she served faithfully for so many years that I hardly let this new BOSha out of my heart))) But she conquered me convenience and work)
Wolverine
Yes, I, too, for automatic programs such as the heart of a deer and the butt of a frog do not chase))). There is also a Shabbat in this model, I will be careful. I hope our relationship with her will develop. My Kitchen is already bored only of kneading dough for pancakes. Thank you

Wolverine, good morning. I'm looking for feedback from users of Boshikov 8 series. I'm going to buy a Bosch HNG6764S6 in a month - this one with steam but without microwaves. How satisfied are you with yours? Now I have a basic Boshik, and I'm not very happy with it, so there is a little trust in Boshik. But I am not at all ready to pay 3 times more for Mile. Please write how is your oven? makes you happy? Bakes evenly?

Hi there. I'm also looking closely at this Boshik HNG6764S6, like there are microwaves, all in one))
Tell us, have you already made such a gift for yourself? If so, what are your impressions of this mega-unit? )
Irina_Smith
.... Good afternoon, it so happened that due to the renovation and the new worktop, they first bought an induction hob (huge Siemens 90 cm), so the purchase of the oven was postponed until spring, as too much overlapped.
Irlarsen
I have such a Siemens with microwaves, steam and wifi CN678G4S6 I chose for a long time. With Bosch, Siemens has no difference at all. Everything is the same, just a slightly different design. In principle, all the functions of the oven are the same for different models, models differ in the presence of all sorts of bells and whistles. I don't have an oven - it's some kind of holiday! Yes, this is not an oven, but a real combine, there is both mikruha and steam! I threw out the microwave. The place is vacated! Plus, I have 45 centimeters instead of 60. And this size is completely enough. Anyway, I never bake on two prototypes. Built-in recipes, control from the phone.Dream!!!!! Built-in baking censor, built-in probe for meat and the like. Space, not a device. And the microwave is generally beyond praise. It turned out to be soooo convenient when no cymbal is spinning! Steam combi modes are awesome too! Ordinary frozen chicken legs turned into the softest, with a wonderful crust, and all you had to do was press a button on your phone! I have it recently, while I'm getting used to it. We just can't eat so much, but we want to do more and more!

We have almost decided on the induction stove, but I think all the same 60cm 4 burners for the eyes, although, I think the 90cm option is the same burners, only it would be better in length, but expensive ((
It is a pity that your gift to NG did not come true ((

Thank you very much for your feedback, because no one unsubscribed for these new models !!! 45 or 60cm does not matter, the main thing is what exactly for this latest model. The price is prohibitive, but it is all in one and the coordination of the work of this combine that captivates. All these bells and whistles are a novelty, especially the control of the unit / recipes from a smartphone)) I hope this device will please you for a long time! We will try very hard to buy this miracle of technology and then I will unsubscribe what and how
Irlarsen
It will be great! So I want to talk to someone about the oven! I just can't stop looking at my purchases! I threw out the built-in 60 cm oven and a 45 micro-oven above it and the old coffee maker, which took up half a table. And instead it's a 45 cm oven and a 45 cm built-in coffee maker (also simmens, in the same design). And a new 15 centimeter cabinet appeared and space on the table was freed up! Here Keshu induction decided to buy, a holy place is never empty!

I'm starting to doubt the need for a 60cm oven)) We rarely cook, but aptly)) I'll have to re-discuss the dimensions while the new kitchen is in the project By the way, the coffee maker is in preliminary plans for this oven))

Built-in baking censor

Yes, Irina, the fact that Bosch and Siemens are twin brothers is an indisputable fact. But I liked the socket more at Boshik, it will be a bit more, Siemens has less letters. Second, I want it without microwaves, because pyrolysis is very important for me. Well, I very often bake at 2 levels, so 60 cm is mandatory. In general, I have 2 ovens for kitchen design: I bake so much and often, and not for sale, but just a hobby (at least for now).

My main question is about the "Built-in baking censor", what was baked with it and how?

Yes, I always wanted a 90 cm cooking stove, and how Irina writes praises about the oven, I have such a feeling of flight from my cooking stove: space, I'm not happy. Just where we shoot my disgusting email. a stove, therefore, when my husband bought me Siemens (and he is now temporarily just standing on pieces of wood right on the old stove while we are building a house), it's like changing a Lada to a Mercedes GL. Therefore, I do not mind still suffering with the old oven, but cooking on the new cooking stove.

Haha, Irin, but I, on the contrary, look closely at my younger brothers to help my Cooking Chef, they are such fancy 4.5 liters, I think to buy for 1-2 proteins (ess-but when the extra money appears)

The fact of the matter is that there is steam and microwaves and pyrolysis !!! Moreover, both in 60cm and 45cm.Read the characteristics on the site. Only the price tag is scary))

Are there probably 5 induction burners? I don't think we need that much. 3-4 is more than enough.
Quote: Irina_Smith
just standing on pieces of wood right on the old stove,
Do not forget to leave the space under the hob in the back in the new kitchen as well, since the fan inside somewhere should blow
Irina_Smith
Well, how do all these companies like to give new names to well-known things, when I read about Siemens, they all have an "asset wedge" and not pyrolysis written, now I finally saw that this is the same thing.
While Boshik is more nra to me. But we'll see by winter. Their price is the same.

Well, yes, like 5 zones, of which 2 extreme ones are still combined into large, if non-formatted dishes. For me just right, I had 60 3 large pots that did not fit. Everything is great now.
Irlarsen
And I just liked the Siemens socket more. What is she stricter or something! The filling is one to one. But I monitored the prices of both brands. I have already bought a Bosch coffee maker with Wi-Fi very cheaply, but, alas, they refused to take it from Germany. Then I bought my favorite Siemens oven and a coffee maker in a pair, but, already without a Wi-Fi, a Siemens coffee maker with Wi-Fi was completely absent in Denmark, and from Germany they asked for some simply insane money. And I had a feeling of flight from the induction cooker! And what! I got it along with the new house. It was almost 10 years ago. I didn't know anything about induction then. And I did not know that this was a hob. How could I not fry anything in a frying pan, it was something! Understand my amazement ?? On one fry, on the other not !!!!! And sweat! I read the instructions !!!!!!! How I learned everything. How everything turned off and programmed for me! I didn't have a multicooker at all then !!!!! Now, of course, the brewhouse is mainly for frying and small things. Here Keshenka looked after herself. The price has dropped by 50 euros today. I'm at a low start !!!! There are 19 of them, and suddenly the price will be dropped. They have already thrown off 2 times. Although this is that ee German Amazon, which refused to deliver my coffee maker. But now he writes that they will bring them free of charge!

And about the baccensor. It turns itself on on certain dishes. The oven warns about this and tells the door not to open. While trying bread and pastries like muffins. The cupcake was baked sooooo slowly. It turned out to be soft and how to describe it, very uniform throughout the entire thickness. The bread also takes longer than I would put manually. In the first two cases, the program ended 10 minutes earlier than the program preset time. The third time, in my opinion, a couple of minutes earlier. I would bake and bake bread, but there is no one to eat it. all are so correct in my family, they don't eat bread at all.
Nikki123
I also look at Siemens 60cm cooking with Wi-Fi, although Bosch also has such, only 80 and 90cm are large.
Although, I can't even imagine why there are recipes and wifi for this in induction.
I saw a video where the recipe for frying eggs is somehow funny, but it's probably convenient when you get comfortable with all this
Well, the fact that the hood will control automatically is good, but this hood with wifi is sooo expensive, so it's a big question ((

Quote: Irlarsen
I would bake and bake bread, but there is no one to eat it.
I eat a lot of baked goods, so I want a good oven, because in the old gas oven everything works out badly ((
And you talk so interestingly that drooling has already started

With all this automation, if you figure it out, you will almost become a chef of a restaurant, while you can hardly know how to cook, it will be all by itself Well, or to put it another way - a programmer of kitchen equipment !!!
Irina_Smith
Well, I don't really want all these innovations, to be honest, I don't use auto programs at my brewhouse, because at this stage they are not finalized. There was also a disappointment with the cooking sensor, I expected that I could set any temperature I needed, but there are only 5 temperature modes.

If in the oven, I wanted pyrolysis, steam, temperature accuracy without "hot spots", in my current basic oven it burns around the edges, and the ability to actually bake on 2 levels (cookies and rolls). Everything else honestly doesn't interest me at all, I enjoy the baking process, so I don't need automation, better give me real temperature accuracy, and manufacturers chasing chimeras make us technology like iPhones, as if we will change the oven every time they come up with another chip.
Nikki123
Quote: Irina_Smith

Here I will probably agree. because it is all the same a creative process. But for those who do not know how to cook, this is probably salvation - at least something will turn out sane))
Quote: Irina_Smith

There seems to be a built-in sensor for frying for 5 levels, namely a sensor for cooking (how many levels are there or the real temperature is transmitted, I do not know) as an accessory for a fee. I think it's not the same thing.
Irlarsen
IrinaThe cooker, of course, loses in comparison with the multicooker. Wow it was 10 years ago. About the innovations and all the bells and whistles. Why not?? Especially in the oven. There are so many opportunities to warm up there that you can't figure it out right away. Top, bottom, grill, with the grill small and large. Blowing hot air, the same steam. Fast heating. Our electricity is expensive, but by following the instructions of the "dishes" program, you can avoid unnecessary heating. Therefore, the application on the phone helps a lot, especially at the beginning. For example, messages about the end (or that the water, for example, has run out) come to my watch. Very handy in the summer when you are mostly in the garden. Or put the dish in the oven, and turn it on and off remotely. I am for innovations !!!!!!
Nikki123
High-tech vs classic - if only for the joy of the girl I am also more for all these modern bells and whistles. Sometimes my head is spinning from various problems, and I still have to cook. Here you look at all these smart devices and help. Earlier, there weren't really any phones, but now with the help of a smartphone you can do so many things ... But here we have just been spoiled in this. And now - baking in a slow cooker, bread maker, oven ... Variety is off the charts
Irlarsen
There are, of course, disadvantages from our devices. My son once asked for Olivier. Okay, I say, go for a walk bye. After 20 minutes, he asked with surprise, what is not ready yet ??? I answer, did you become insolent for an hour? Nuuuuu, you have a hundred instruments, they do everything themselves !!!!! Like this! Yourself!
Nikki123
Quote: Irlarsen

Haven't you got a vegetable cutter yet? It looks like it's time ... The main thing is to be more careful with your fingers and not be distracted, otherwise ... you will have to buy a robot cook, or teach your son to cook ... in 20 minutes
Irlarsen
Of course there is a cube cutter! How the Boshik-cube cutter appeared, so in the first rows!

So to my model, it also comes in a separate box, there are 5 pimples, which you glue to your favorite pots (which then need to be washed carefully, because the pimples are easily peeled off), and a temperature sensor is attached to this pimp with a magnet and you set the temperature to the sensor , which you want to have in a saucepan, and he brings it to it and holds on it and there only: 90, 100, 120, 170 degrees, and I hoped that it would be like in my cooking chef: any temperature.

I think all the same we are talking about different pimples
It is forbidden to insert links here, so look at the Bosch website for the model for example PXX975KW1E accessories section. PerfectCook infrared cooking sensor 00578948

It is not included in the kit. And its price is 125 euros. I doubt that you have similar ones, and even 5 pieces. They are only suitable for new brews with Wi-Fi. And with him, it seems like you can set the temperature accurately.
Irlarsen
Wow, how the hobs have advanced. I didn't follow their development at all, but there are so many new pimples! Maybe, as usual, history will make a zigzag and in a couple of three years we will give up cartoons and go back to the brewhouse? So far, 5 temperatures, of course, is not enough. We were spoiled by mules with adjustment to a degree. But I think that in the next generation all this will be dramatically increased, at least up to 10. I really liked the pairing with the hood.

Yes, it costs 125 euros separately, but my model with all the bells and whistles comes for free, and there is only one transmitter, such a big badge, and here are the pimples on which this transmitter is to put them 5 or 6. I also thought it was powerful on the transmitter itself a magnet that sticks to any pan, but no, first you need to glue a pimp to the pan, and then this transmitter is mounted on it. I really know what I'm talking about, it's a pity I'm not at home now, otherwise I would take a picture. I have a Siemens IQ700 EX907XX5E and a cookie sensor, at least from the Germans, came for free.

I went to the bosch site from Britain, I think that they are just greedy once they want money separately from him, but the same story about specification: first impression: oh, you can precisely regulate the temperature ... and when you go to specs in more detail, there are only 5 ranges : Excellent results with five levels of PerfectCook heating: 60-70 ° C - ideal for defrosting food, warming up food and keeping it hot; 80-90 ° C - excellent for stewing 90-100 ° C - suitable for cooking and frying; 110-120 ° C - optimum for cooking in a saucepan-steamer; 170-180 ° C - for ideal deep-frying.
In general, the Germans in Siemens are more generous once they give the sensor for free.

Aha, but all the same, it seems to me that we won't get rid of multi, they seem to have some kind of microclimate. It's just that you need everything in a good household. I can't do everything minimalistically on one pribluda, my soul requires space.

My space will soon run out. (crying loudly!) The children grew up, in front of a large house with a huge kitchen in a small one. That's where I started saving. How can I imagine that ALL my gadgets will be brought there (so far they are smeared to two houses), (there is no life without a grill and mycook, it seems like I shoved it in, plus two multi most favorite ones) That seems to have freed up space by buying an oven and a coffee maker, so what? Keshu there! I realized that life is not sweet without Kesha! I will look after the brewhouse now. Maybe then I can do with one cartoon? And I already got a look at the grill, although I really feel sorry for my grill paw. You can cook in Kesh. Kuzya does not climb categorically! I do this and that! Yes, a lot of things will have to be thrown away or given to someone.
Irina_Smith
Haha, my space is just beginning, and the next 15 years there seems to be nowhere to decrease: 3 boys, so there is time until they grow up and leave their native land. And I have been using the grill for a year now exclusively on Weber BBQ Max charcoal, and I was completely disappointed in the electric ones. Once a week, in any weather (although our climate allows it for any), I make a bunch of grilled meat on coals and then my husband has enough for 4 days.

Just on the street, on coals, speed is not particularly required, this is a rather creative process. While you light the coals (in no case do not use a liquid for ignition), while you fry ... Meat with natural smoke has a different aroma than on an electrician
Irlarsen
I have Sage, this is the one that was licked off the classic Breville, and in Russia it was licked under the name BORK. And I have induction 10 years ago. Then there were no large cooking zones at all. The usual circles (albeit programmable), but in the middle there is a large zone for keeping warm, but you cannot attach a grill to it. Or can you grill in circles? Although I may change in the future (even if it breaks down, I hope my husband does not read my opuses here) Well, I have a grill because in the main big house there is not such an advanced induction unit and it began to be cut down slowly. Now I don't use it at all, and it has a grill on it! And figs with her, all the same a year remained of life here.

So I'm just about the same thing that I prefer on coals (naturally, without liquids for ignition, this is a mockery, I just have such electrical garbage for burning, I light coals with it (I looked at bloggers on YouTube)), but with electric ones it's not it turns out that they drop the temperature too quickly and the meat is steamed at some point. It’s easier then on a stove on cast iron.

Pour over the coals with ordinary vegetable oil and burn well. Ignition - put coals on paper and set it on fire.
Well, if you need to light it up very quickly, then you can quickly heat it up with an ordinary hairdryer or an electric pump from an inflatable mattress, for example
