Ingredients

Ground oatmeal (I have ready-made oat flour) 150 g
Low-fat kefir (I have Greek yogurt, half with water) 200 ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Cocoa (I have fat-free) 20 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sweetener (I have stevioside drops) Taste
Cherries (I have frozen) 200 g
Berries, powder, cocoa (whatever you want) For decoration

Cooking method

  • Everyone has probably already noticed my love for chocolate and cherries. Therefore, I propose another chocolate cherry pie.
  • 1. Grind the flakes in any convenient way or take the finished flour, as I did.
  • 2. Place all ingredients (except cherries) in a container and mix. I did it with a mixer.

  • 3. The dough will turn out to be liquid and homogeneous.

  • 4. Put half of the mixture into a baking dish, then distribute the cherries, top with the second part of the dough. Flatten.
  • 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 g for 40 minutes. Do not overdry !! The pie should be slightly moist in the middle (due to the cherries!).

  • 6. Let cool, remove from the mold, decorate. I sprinkled with sweet powder (no sugar) and cocoa, used berries and syrup topping.

It looks very modest and unpretentious, but the taste is elite chocolate and exquisitely cherry! And most importantly, you can feast on them without fear of building up a "lifebuoy" at the waist! (unless, of course, all the same, observe the measure and do not eat it in "one person").

Indeed, 100 grams of pie contains only 140 kcal.


It's very tasty to carve out a couple of minutes and, pouring yourself some coffee (I like it with milk), cut off a piece of this homemade, aromatic, bitter (from cocoa) pie with a pleasant sourness (from cherries). And, forgetting about everything in the world, enjoy these minutes of complete relaxation, the wonderful aroma of coffee and the wonderful taste of cherries in chocolate!

My cherries were frozen in the dough, they didn’t defrost them, although they stirred them evenly, everything was baked, the middle was as moist as pudding, but not soggy. Can I let the dough stand a little, for 10-15 minutes, so that the flakes swell?
