Pike with cheese and mustard

Ingredients

pike 700 g
hot mustard 1 tbsp. l.
mustard with seeds 1.5 tbsp. l.
hard cheese (emmental, parmesan) 70 g
milk ~ 300 ml
sour cream 2-3 st. l.
salt

Cooking method

  • Cut the pike (you can take cod, pike perch, etc.) and cut into pieces.
  • Put the pieces of fish in a bowl and pour over the milk mixed with hot mustard. Leave on for 40 minutes.
  • Remove fish from milk and dry with a napkin.
  • Mix finely grated cheese with sour cream, mustard with grains, salt and pepper. Add fish pieces and stir.
  • Put the fish on the foil, fold the edges of the foil up so that the sauce does not flow out, but do not completely cover the foil.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes until tender.
