Banana Coconut Candy

Ingredients

bananas (weight without peel) 150 g
coconut flakes 80 g
lemon juice 4 tsp
chocolate 70-75% 75 g
butter 25 g
cocoa powder 2-3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Banana Coconut CandyMash bananas with a fork and puree.
  • Banana Coconut CandyAdd lemon juice, stir.
  • Put on low heat and heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
