Rustic pear pie

Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour / grade 150 g
butter 60 g
sugar 1 tsp
salt chips.
vanilla sugar 8 g
baking powder 1/4 tsp
sour cream (I have 20%) 2-3 st. l.

lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Rustic pear pieAll food must be from the refrigerator.
  • Mix flour with salt, vanilla and plain sugar, baking powder. Pour into a combine.
  • Cut the butter into cubes and add to the flour mixture.

  • Rustic pear pieBake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • Leave to cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
