Ingredients

chickpeas (boiled) 200 g
dates (dried) 7 pcs n
peanut paste ~ 3 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l
bitter chocolate 200 g

Cooking method

  • Pre-boil the chickpeas, strain. Save a little broth. Put chickpeas, dates, honey and peanut butter in a blender bowl. Beat until smooth. If the mass is very thick, add a little broth (or water) until you get the desired consistency. Make candies from the resulting mass. This can be done in two ways.

The mass is sticky, the balls will not work well, which is not important at this stage, after the refrigerator they can be made more even and round. I made the other part of the candy using silicone molds. Melted chocolate, brush with a thin layer applied to silicone molds and placed in the refrigerator until solidified. Then she filled the forms with a candy mass, covered it with chocolate on top and sent it to the refrigerator until it solidified.

I made these sweets, my husband and I really liked it, the children did not really, but still knew how very quickly. The only thing that from the beginning I tried to do in a silicone mold for sweets, and I could not pick it out from there. I had to freeze, then the candies went out of shape, but the chocolate in some places still crumbled. With the rest of the mass, I simply rolled balls and filled it with chocolate.
