Cooking method

  • Cut the pepper into random slices, apples into small slices.
  • Sweet pepper and apple paste (frozen)
  • We put everything in a heat-resistant saucepan and send it to the microwave at maximum power for 10-15 minutes (until apples and peppers are soft). Then we punch apples and peppers with an immersion blender, boil again for 5-10 minutes until the desired density. Cool the mass, pack it in portions convenient for use and freeze.
