Remember the main thing - here, as in pancakes, the less we crush the dough, the better the result. Let it be scary and lumpy! But delicious.

The son calculated the cost. Such a decent-sized pie "with excesses" in the form of butter, sour cream and eggs in cabbage, came out in the region of 6.5 rubles. Don't have money in the house or want to reduce calories? It doesn't matter, we exclude butter, sour cream or yolks from the composition (but it is advisable to leave at least one thing for tenderness) - and you can eat it again! Craftsmen fry pancakes practically out of thin air.

But the opposite is also true - you can concoct this on at least one sour cream and butter. It will probably be delicious too.
But, rather, from this it will already be possible to concoct brushwood in a country style, throwing pretentiously cut scraps of dough into hot oil.
