Ingredients

beef or pork stew 1 small jar
bulb onions 1 head
salt pepper taste

odorless vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, salt, leave for 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze gently and drain off the juice. I put it in a colander.

  • Pour oil into a frying pan, heat.
