ANGELINA BLACKmore
Handsomely!!! The photo is already mesmerizing.
There is no bird cherry flour and I understand that it cannot be replaced by anything.
Gala
Natasha, Thank you!
Yes, you can't do without bird cherry flour
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Well, I also say ... It is too specific. All the same, the recipe is bookmarked (you never know when I see such flour)

Very nice cupcake! Highly!
Pleasure for the eyes! And the color is amazing !!! Mmmm!
Galina, tell me, please, but how to make such a fondant?
The cupcake is gorgeous. I also have bird cherry flour, in my opinion, but no fudge.
Thank you!
Gala
Rita, Thank you!
I had a fudge ready and used it.
You can cook fondant, there are recipes on the forum. But if you need it quickly, I would mix the icing sugar with lemon juice and currant juice.

Cupcake - you can't take your eyes off
This recipe prompted me to order bird cherry flour on Ozone (at the same time it turned out that I had some points and thanks from Sberbank, so it turned out that I almost owed Ozone)
I'll get it and make up my mind.
Gala, one question - what kind of marmalade was used?
Gala
wiki, I'm sorry I didn't answer right away, I have communication problems here.
I found marmalade in chocolate with difficulty and only from the factories Udarnitsa - orange sticks - Apeltini. She took it. You can get by with chocolate drops or chocolate pieces. It doesn't matter.
Wiki
Thank you!
It's okay, I haven't received bird cherry flour yet

GalaThank you very much for the recipe! Yesterday I bought not flour, but ground bird cherry, do you think it will fit?
Gala
Olga, I don't know exactly. I think it depends on the degree of grinding. I have ground cherum, but I bought it for the filling, until I used it, but I can't see it, now I'm not at home.

I can't see
So let's go try it ourselves .. what recipe would you advise (simpler, what would definitely turn out)?
Gala
This recipe is very simple. The main thing is to make the right muffin dough, that is, mix the products in the right sequence and the right temperature.Flour should be finely ground.

Well, I’ll try to torture her .. I’ll pass it through the mill in Kesh, pass it and grind it in a glass, I still have it, like a control shot, prof. blender JTC
Gala
You can try a mill, but I don't recommend a blender, you definitely need liquid in a blender.
zvezda
Why? At JTC, I constantly grind powder, rye, oatmeal. He's professional
Gala
Olga, if so, you know better. I do not use my Vitamih for grinding into flour.
zvezda
Galya! I don't know very well about your blender, but at the presentations of mine I was
This is what they write in the review (I copied it) just in my own I have been doing it for a long time. Well I'll try and see
Choosing a powerful professional grain blender
Professional blenders can even replace a mill - we proved this in the next test.
The dry grind function is especially necessary for those who want to do homemade baking. All participating models completed the task in less than 1 minute. RawMID Dream Samurai \ Modern \ JTC showed an incredible result of 22 seconds.

Gala
Olya, I realized thanks! I bought my blender 5 years ago, exclusively for green cocktails.

Check mark! This is for you HUGE 🔗
for your wonderful recipes! And I just love technology, and I'm an engineer by training
Nagira
Galinka, again, sheer pleasure and cherries loved, and the cupcake itself is an esthete
I need to shake up the stocks of bird cherry before the new harvest

I will try to pass it through the mill in Kesh and grind it in a glass
Olya, bird cherry is difficult to grind, its very bones are incredibly hard, I have met many complaints - coffee grinders only "burned out"
Even prof. the blender is not a fact that my mill will cope with Kenwood, I grind flour on it, ordinary, but when I found durum wheat in our poultry market with local farmers, I was delighted ... and early - my mill cannot cope with it, you have to grind several times, sifting out every time the smallest, flour, fraction, and the rest is semolina of different grinding where to attach no questions, but I mean that even hard wheat is not easy to grind, and the bird cherry will have a harder bone! So be careful with the blender
I sift the purchased bird cherry flour, not everyone and not always have it small enough and homogeneous, even from factory mills
Gala
Irochka, Hi! Thank you! Glad to see you in the thread.
Thanks for the useful information too!

Please tell me what diameter should be the cake pan? And the second question, is it possible to bake not in a long rectangular shape, but in the form of cupcakes?
Gala
Anastasia, I have a 9x20 shape. I think you can bake it in separate tins.
