Scones with sausage and cheese

Ingredients

wheat flour 230 gram
milk 150 ml
butter 50 grams
baking powder 1 teaspoon
salt pinch
bulb onions 1 small onion
boiled sausage / ham 100g
hard cheese 100g

Cooking method

  • Mix together flour, salt, baking powder.
  • Put soft butter, rub into crumbs by hand.
  • Pour in warm milk, knead. The dough is sticky.
  • Cut the sausage and onion into small cubes.
  • Grate cheese coarsely.
  • First stir in the sausage and onion, then the cheese.
  • Place in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Then roll it into a layer 1-1.5 cm thick. Cut into segments, push them apart a little.
  • Bake in a cold pizza maker 15 + 5 after turning off.
  • Or in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
