Ingredients

Zucchini 1 PC.
Turnip 2 pcs.
Peas in pods 20 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
Small carrots 6 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 4 cloves
Salt taste
Odorless vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the courgette, turnips, carrots, onions and garlic. Free the peas from the pods. Chop all vegetables coarsely. Grease the bottom of the glass mold with vegetable oil. Arrange vegetables in layers, adding salt to each layer. Close the form with a lid. Put in the microwave for 20 minutes at 800 watts.
