Ingredients

turkey fillet (thigh) ~ 1 kg
water ~ 3 l
potatoes 300 g
asparagus beans 200 g
bulb onions 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 2-4 st. l.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
ground dried coriander 2/3 tsp
ground black pepper taste
garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
salt taste
fresh parsley (for serving) taste
For glaze:
apple jam 1 tsp
tomato ketchup 1 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour about one and a half liters of water into a saucepan, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Add pre-prepared meat, salt to a saucepan, bring to a boil, remove foam, boil for a couple of minutes and drain. Pour the remaining amount of water over the meat so that the meat is covered, increasing the amount of water if necessary. Place the saucepan on the stove, bring to a boil and simmer at a low boil, skimming off the foam, for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
