It is a very simple and even dietary dish, quick and clean in preparation, without any additions or additives. It is possible to cook in any "saucepan", but in Kuzin it is easiest.

Someone likes that there would be a lot of vegetable juice in the finished dish when it is not evaporated.

I turned off Kuzina exactly at the moment when the juice evaporated, but I did not fry the vegetables. If you do not take into account the dietary nature of the dish, then sour cream can be added to the plates if you wish, it will be delicately tasty.
