semolina 60 g
sugar 30g.

Bubert is a hearty and sweet dessert of the Baltic and German cuisines. It is prepared from semolina, milk (or cream), eggs, sugar and served with a sour fruit sauce - jelly. Most often cranberry. Unlike cereals, bubert is not cooked, but only brewed - this gives the dessert a special taste. Those who believe that bubert is an ordinary manna porridge are deeply mistaken. This is a completely independent dish.
This is a dessert dish. But it can be put up for breakfast, especially for children who do not like semolina.
Bubert's recipes are many. You can add nuts, dried fruits and canned fruits to it.
Whites and yolks are introduced into porridge, which has stood for a while, they are not boiled. I boiled it down a bit for safety. There are bubert options where this pudding is laid out on a baking sheet and baked. Which option to choose is up to you.
