Do it. It's not difficult at all .. it is possible with muesli, it is possible without them. it is possible with cocoa, in general, there should be only dried fruits, whatever you like. Bananas are also dried.
And for losing weight, this is generally fine. Sweet substitute.

but you can replace muesli with oatmeal that does not require cooking
I think yes, just take the finely chopped one. After all, muesli is practically the same. They always have oatmeal in them.

Especially. Try it. Bars ki are delicious and the main thing is not to eat a lot of them .. Alone with difficulty. Sweet .. Nuts can be sprinkled with oatmeal or not, the taste only benefits from nuts.

And in a simple (ordinary) dryer, also dry 10 hours? To what state? How should they look? How do you know you're ready?

In a simple dryer, you have to look at the bar itself, and I went up to mine every hour and looked, but I think that at least 10 hours. The bar should become dense, a crust should form, it can be seen that it is there and it should not stick in your hands.
Wrapped the bars in parchment overnight and put them in the refrigerator. During the night, the taste became more intense, more persistent.
The bar bends almost in half and then only breaks.

Galina, did it get damp in the refrigerator overnight? Didn't stick?

No. Nothing is damp, nothing sticks. Wrapped in parchment. And why should it be damp if everything is perfectly dried?

It happens to me sometimes. It seems to have dried well (I mean sweet), but it will lie down overnight and become a little sticky.

becomes sticky
It seems like it is not sticky or moisture. I don’t know how to describe it. Well, maybe slightly, slightly light stickiness. But no stickiness or moisture remains on the hands, the fingers are dry. But this is probably normal, because it is in the refrigerator. Pastila Belevskaya, too, in the refrigerator is not the same as in the pantry.
